FINCA LA SOLANA is available throughout the year for weekly stays or long term winter lets of 1 or 2 months.It is the ideal holiday retreat for a couple, friends or a couple with young children. With luggage weights being restricted on many airlines, we  include bedlinnen,kitchen towels and rent out bath and beach towels. We are happy to discuss any special requirements that you may have. We live in the same area so we are on hand throughout your holiday to provide you with any help or assistance that is needed. what you get : One bedroom with 1 kingsize bed, one bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa-bed ,dining room with full equiped kitchinette,patio, big panoramic terrasse fully furnished, in the shade of the lemon tree. spectacular views on sea, mountain, gibraltar and moroccan coast. Water, electricity, private entrance, secured private car parking, wireless internet acces, sat -tv with programs in your language, dvd,cd,radio,library : all included !

    We offer free transfer from Marbella busstation to our house if needed. Transfer by private courtesy car Malaga Airport to Marbella 69.-€ max 4 persons by appointment.

Our prices:  special rate: suite per day/ person 89.-€ ( minimum stay 2 nights,max 4 nights,all inclusive) . House per week  799.-€ all inclusive as mentioned above for 1 to 4 persons. Just add  obligatory final cleaning 48.- €. We do not raise prices for high season !

Optional accesories rental : Set of  2 towels 9.90.-€ week. Closed garage 9.90.-€ / 24 hours. GPS in your language for spain and portugal  8,90.-€ /day. Common pool use 10 € per day+family ( if available). Snacks, warm dishes,breakfast, fresh bread and pastry delivery by request.

We confirm availability,inform if there is a promo, you make a 50%  downpayment by bank transfer, get a signed contract with all details and a roadmap how to find us. 14 days before arrival you pay the rest of the rent. The final cleaning of 48.-€ and a  deposit will be payed on arrival after a commun check and the deposit will be refound at end of stay after final check.
